TASTES OF SARDINIA

The first in our Winter series of Italian inspired dinners, on Saturday 25 May is now open for bookings.

Known as one of the worlds “Blue Zones”, a region where people live longer than average, Sardinia is a unique and proud region known for it’s pristine beaches but also possessing a rugged mountainous interior. The resulting cuisine is diverse and delightful, ranging from seafood to cheeses and traditional pastas to aromatic herbs. We are excited to present this inaugural event with the benefit of local knowledge from our own Sardinian chef, Alessio Lisci.

Join us for a culinary journey starting with a welcome aperitif and leading into a four course menu consisting of a shared antipasti, primi (pasta), secondi (meat) and dolce (dessert), all for $85 per person. Drinks will be available to purchase separately including recommended wines to complement the menu.
