Following on from the huge success of Tastes of Sardinia, we are very excited to be announcing the second event in our Winter Dinner Series, Bella Calabria, which will be held on Saturday 22 June.
Showcasing the rustic and very traditional region of Calabria, which is at the “toe of the boot”, we have collaborated with our friend Claudio of “Claudio’s Bakehouse” who, whilst he has lived in our region for nearly twenty years, originally hails from Calabria and met our Executive Chef Ryan whilst they were working together in Rome.
Expect an evening of hearty Italian classics in a four course set menu dinner with welcome aperitif, all for $85 per head.
